Moldovan deputy PM has discussion with foreign affairs minister of Bosnia & Herzegovina

Chisinau, 28 May /MOLDPRES/ - The common European perspective, the advancement of the bilateral relations and of the political dialogue have been some of the subjects tackled at a phone conversation between Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Cristina Gherasimov and Foreign Affairs Minister of Bosnia & Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković, the government’s communication department reported.

The Moldovan official congratulated Bosnia & Herzegovina on the decision of the EU Council from 12 March 2024 to start the negotiations on accession with this country.

Also, Cristina Gherasimov expressed openness to back Bosnia & Herzegovina in the process of explanatory screening, which Moldova already started in last February and to advance the bilateral cooperation in the context of the European integration.
