Moldovan president to participate in Ukraine Peace Summit hosted by Switzerland

Chisinau, 13 June /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu on 14 June will leave for the Swiss Confederation, where she will participate in the Ukraine Peace Summit, due on 15-16 June. The leaders of 90 states announced their presence at the event. The goal of the summit is to discuss a way towards a just and sustainable peace in Ukraine and in Europe, the presidential press service has reported.
At the event, the Moldovan president will have meetings with more heads of state from the European Union member states, in order to deepen the political dialogue and the economic relations, as well as to advance the process of accession to the European Union.
