Râșcani joined localities connected to Alerte.md platform

Chisinau, July 8 /MOLDPRES/- Mediapoint organization launched Alerte.md platform in Riscani. It will enable smart city management through various digital tools and aims to streamline communication between citizens and local public administration.

From July, Riscani city hall has a communication platform where it can interact with both inhabitants and those from abroad, who can get involved remotely. According to the organizers, on alerte.md/riscani citizens will be able to report problems in the city to the local authorities and will be able to follow the progress of solving the complaint online; launch civic initiatives and get community support through a voting system; participate in polls launched by the city hall, contributing to decision-making; subscribe to important notifications in the city.

Deputy Mayor of Risccani Denis Țurcanu was convinced that alerte.md/riscani will ensure faster and better communication between citizens and the local public authority.

Currently, 706 issues, 34 civic initiatives and 41 polls are published on Alerte.md, and more than 28 thousand votes have been accumulated on the platform from citizens. So far, the platform has been launched in the cities of Cahul, Leova, Cantemir, Balti, Cimislia, Causeni, Sângerei and Riscani. The expansion of Alerte.md will be carried out gradually in 2024-2026.
