Chisinau, 26 July /MOLDPRES/ - The fuels have registered a tendency of cheapening in the last three weeks. Thus, on this period, the pump price established for the standard diesel decreased by 0.87 lei per one litre and for petrol – by 0.56 lei for one litre.
The National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) today said that the concerned tendency was based exclusively on the diminution of the Platts quotations at international exchanges.
As a matter of fact, the quotation of the crude oil of reference for Europe, Brent mark, constantly dropped in the last weeks down to 81 dollars/barrel.
As a result, for the next three days, ANRE announced a maximal price for COR 95 petrol of 24.73 lei for one litre, down by 0.04 lei. At the same time, the diesel will be sold for 21.10 lei at the most, which is by 0.05 lei less.
