Moldovan MPs to convene at first plenary meeting of autumn session

Chisinau, 11 September /MOLDPRES/ - The lawmakers on 13 September will convene at the first plenary meeting of the autumn session. The parliament’s standing bureau will consider the agenda of the first meeting on 12 September.
The parliament will hold the meeting at a proposal by the standing bureau, after the preparation of the draft agenda.
The MPs were on the summer recess starting from late last July. On 3 September, they participated in a special meeting, during which Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk gave a speech.
Under the parliament’s Regulation, the legislative body holds two ordinary sessions per year. The spring session starts in February and cannot exceed the end of July. The autumn session begins in September and cannot exceed the end of December.
