Six judges dismissed

Chisinau, Sep 12 /MOLDPRES/- Head of state Maia Sandu has signed a decree dismissing six judges. The decree was published today in the Official Journal and came into force.
According to the document, judges Rodica Berdilo, Victoria Hadîrca, Irina Păduraru, Eugen Popovici, Victoria Sanduța and Svetlana Tizu will be dismissed.
The decree can be challenged in court.
