How Moldovan voters voted in Romanian elections

Chisinau, Dec. 2 /MOLDPRES/- After processing 57 out of 59 reports, the Union Save Romania (USR) ranked first in the preferences of Romanian voters in the Republic of Moldova, obtaining more than 54% of the votes.
In second place was the National Liberal Party (PNL), with more than 23% of the votes, followed by the Alliance for the Unity of Romanians (AUR), with 5% and the Social Democratic Party (PSD), with 4.8% of the votes.
Over 81 thousand Romanian nationals voted in the Republic of Moldova in the Romanian parliamentary elections held over two days on November 30 and December 1. A total of 59 polling stations were open across the country.
Romanians elected 136 senators and 329 deputies to the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies. According to the provisional results on the website of the Permanent Electoral Authority of Romania, after more than 99% of the polling stations were centralized, the Social Democratic Party won 22.74% of the votes for the Senate and 22.55% for the Chamber of Deputies, the Alliance for the Unity of Romanians - 18.14% for the Senate and 17.83% for the Chamber of Deputies, National Liberal Party - 14.43% for the Senate and 13.48% for the Chamber of Deputies, Union Save Romania - 12% for the Senate and 12.10% for the Chamber of Deputies, SOS Romania - 7.58% for the Senate and 7.17% for the Chamber of Deputies, UDMR - 6.50% for the Senate and 6.45% for the Chamber of Deputies, Young People's Party - 6.24% and 6.30% for the Chamber of Deputies.
