Moldovan foreign affairs minister pays working visit to India, including for official inauguration of Moldova's Embassy in New Delhi

Chisinau, 15 December /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Affairs Minister Mihai Popsoi on 15-16 December pays a working visit to New Delhi, India, at the invitation by his Indian counterpart, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar. The agenda of the discussions contains subjects of mutual interest, with emphasis on the deepening of the political, diplomatic, economic and commercial cooperation.
„We will sign important documents in the fields of migration and mobility, renewable energy and inter-ministerial cooperation. We will also participate, along with Indian Minister, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, in the ceremony of official inauguration of Moldova’s Embassy in New Delhi,’’ the Moldovan diplomacy head said.
Also, the Moldovan deputy PM will participate in a business roundtable, Moldova-India, organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry, and will have meetings with representatives of the business environment, especially in the pharmaceutical sector and the one of renewable energy, in order to promote the opportunities of investments in Moldova.
